Engr. Tony Efemena Akpaka is a seasoned media professional/radio engineer, visionary leader, and committed OAP whose influence spans the spheres of broadcasting, education, and faith. A proud native of Urhobo in Delta State, he is an alumnus of Delta State University, Abraka, where he earned his first and second degrees in Mass Communication.
With over two decades of experience as a respected radio presenter/radio engineer, Engr. Tony has worked with several renowned national radio stations across Nigeria, becoming a familiar and trusted voice to audiences across the country. His career is marked by excellence in communication, strategic media development, and mentorship.
He is the Co-Founder of Scholarboard, a transformative digital learning and scholarship platform under Scholarship Support Ventures Limited, a fully registered company with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC). Through this initiative, he is helping to bridge educational gaps by offering affordable access to scholarships, daily learning, and academic empowerment for students across Nigeria and beyond.
Driven by his Christian faith, Engr. Tony brings integrity, compassion, and purpose to all his endeavors. He is passionate about using media and education as tools for nation-building and spiritual growth. He currently resides in Lagos State with his beloved wife, where he continues to lead, inspire, and serve with unwavering dedication.
Eliot Jolomi Dikoru, a development professional with progressive expertise in monitoring and evaluation, big data analytics, and program management with core interest in education, health, education, environment, economic empowerment and gender inclusiveness.
Eliot has core interest in Education and Human Capacity Development, especially for adolescent girls and boys, and young people in general. He’s an alumni of both University of Benin and University of Abuja for his first and second degrees respectively.
Eliot holds an Award of Excellence in Community Development Service from Kebbi State NYSC Board and the state MDGs when he served in 2007/08 Batch B. HIV/AIDS Awareness, Maternal and Child Health Interventions as well as Comprehensive Care and Support intervention (educational materials/learning, psychosocial and economic strengthening) for physically challenged students of Kebbi State School for the Handicapped in Birnin Kebbi.
